What Is The Scale Of Consciousness?

To understand the Scale Of Consciousness, we first need to begin with the fact that we are electrical beings, vibrating at our own frequency, each one of us. Why do you think when we connect with Mother Earth, they call it grounding?

Every living cell in our body is vibrating at it’s own frequency. This vibration is very subjective to many things, for the purpose of this blog, we’re going to focus on environment-internal and external.

Everything we think and feel has a vibration or frequency to it. This can be recorded, now, it’s no mystery. Which explains why we feel better when we think certain thoughts as opposed to others.

If we numbered each of these emotions on a numerical scale, presuming that feelings of fear, resentment and hatred are very low vibrations and that love and enlightenment are higher up on the scale, we would begin to see a visual similar to the one used for this blog.

This is exactly what Dr. Hawkins has done. Now, why is this important or relevant? Well, the fact is that when we are vibrating at a higher frequency, disease cannot penetrate. Sickness and disease are low vibrations, if you are sick or let’s say had cancer, there is a specific frequency attached to that.

I learned this years ago when I took a Biofeedback Class. The instructor had a Biofeedback machine that actually came with information regarding disease and frequency.

Each type of disease has it’s own vibration or frequency to it as well. Our goal is to be vibrating at such a high frequency that we are no longer susceptible to disease.

If we keep our thoughts in the higher realms, thinking and feeling pleasant thoughts, feelings of love and gratitude, we naturally feel better. Every emotion is attached to a chemical reaction in our body.

If the thoughts we are thinking are causing us to feel ill at ease, then that means that there are visible changes going on inside our body, whether it’s cortisol levels rising, our heart beating faster, adrenaline rushes, etc. These feelings cause our frequency to drop.

The good news is that we can bring our vibration back up by thinking happy thoughts, gratitude, feelings of love. That’s all it takes. Could it be that easy to feel better?

Could it be that what we spend our time focusing on could literally make us sick? Yes. But it’s not the only thing…

Other environmental factors to be considered that contribute to or lessen our frequency is what is in close proximity externally to our energy field, such as chemicals, EMF’s (electromagnetic fields), people or situations that make us uncomfortable, etc. Cell phones, WIFI, computers, tablets, any electronic devices, can zap our energy, lowering it and making us susceptible.

Luckily, there are a few minerals/crystals known to harmonize and/or neutralize these harmful frequencies such as Shungite, Rose Quartz and Black Tourmaline to name a few. Placing these stones around your devices or wearing them as jewelry to protect you, everywhere you go, is another option.

Is It Possible?

I hear this all day long when I am set up selling my products. Folks who have not tried CBD products before but are familiar with pharmaceutical or OTC (over the counter) medications can not believe that they can experience these kind of results instantly, from any product.

But because we actually have receptors in our body for this plant, is the reason why it feels so good when we use CBD products. It literally resonates with every cell in our bodies. Our Endocannabinoid System is responsible for maintaining cellular homeostasis, which is balance on all levels from temperature, glucose, appetite, if you have too much of one hormone, it will decrease it, not enough of one, it will increase it And basically, CBD is the only substance on the planet that we know of that we have these receptors for. Our bodies produce endocannabinoids. Plants produce phytocannabinoids. We use up our cannabinoids due to stress in our environment and daily lifestyle choices. But if you are making yourself do it, then you are actually decreasing them.

There is never a better time than now to try and boost your immune function decreasing your likeliness of infection. Sometimes, the most obvious things can be so easy that for some reason we resist, but when it comes down to it, the effort was minimal in the long run and the results were well worth the amount of effort exerted. It’s kind of like when you have something to do that you put so much energy into avoiding and dreading that the amount of time it required to complete was minuscule in relation to the energy devoted to procrastinating it. So, let’s investigate how easy it would be to get healthier…

  • Avoiding GMO’s~ Why avoid GMO’s? Briefly, Genetically Modified Organisms can cause inflammation. In some circles, it is recognized that inflammation is the root of all disease. Avoiding inflammation means avoiding pain, foremost as we all know how painful inflammation can be. A Little About Enzymes…

Enzymes are what our bodies use to digest our food. Our bodies actually secrete different and specific enzymes for each food group such as, proteins, starches, carbohydrates, fats, vegetables and fruits.

Before I took this Advanced Holistic Nutrition Course, I had worked with enzymes before as my took pancreatic enzymes when he was battling cancer. But I hadn’t heard much about digestive enzymes…

Enzymes are what our bodies use to digest our food. Our bodies actually secrete different and specific enzymes for each food group such as proteins, starches, carbohydrates, fats, vegetables and fruits.

Because the enzymes used to digest protein are different from the ones used to digest starch, they actually kind of overpower the ones that digest protein, meaning you end up with putrified proteins in your stomach. Starch’s ferment when not digested properly and proteins, like meat putrefy. Sounds yummy, doesn’t it?

You know I feel like noone ever tells you about food combining and what destruction it can cause inside your body over extended periods of time. We are taught to enjoy multiple course meals comprised of multiple food groups at the same time. But this kind of environment causes an acidic environment. This can also cause inflammation.

We know that the source of inflammation is the root of all disease. And we know that cancer can thrive in an acidic environment. This kind of acidic environment can cause other kinds of conditions besides cancer in the body such as arthritis, osteoporosis, kidney stones, sports injuries, etc.

Cancer Feeds On Sugar. If You Have Cancer, Avoid Sugar.

Many folks do not know that cancer feeds on sugar or believe me when I tell them. It is true, tho, cancer cells have receptors on them that feed on sugar. Cancer cells consume 15 times more glucose than normal cells.  Consuming sugar can speed the development and progression of disease. So when you have cancer and you eat sugar, you are literally feeding your cancer. Crazy, isn’t it that Oncologist’s have a bowl of candy on the counter for you when you come to see them, right? When My husband was undergoing chemo treatments, the nurses would come in the room and ask him if he wanted a milkshake. The refrigerator on the chemo unit was filled with Coke and Sprite and plenty of ice cream.  There is a lot of job security in that. Does that mean that oncologist do not know that cancer cells feed on sugar?  Of course they do, ever heard of a PET scan? The patient is given a form of radioactive glucose and then waits for the scan and it is evident where the cancer lies because it is consuming the glucose more rapidly than the normal cells, right? So those groups of cells light up.

Now that does not mean ALL sugar. After I tell patients this and then recommend they drink 8 oz of organic fruit smoothies everyday, they say, ‘What about all of the sugar in fruit?’

This is different. Fruit sugar is made by Mother Nature, it is good for you. Refined white sugar isn’t. Really artificial sweeteners, cane sugar, Sucanat, raw sugar, any of those really aren’t good for a compromised immune system. Maple syrup is ok as well as honey and Stevia. They actually contain oxalic acid which helps to destroy cancer cells.

According to Cancertutor.com ‘…refined sugar and other simple sugars also interfere with your immunity system. These substances also interfere with getting Vitamin C and oxygen into the cancer cells. Sugar also depletes the body of key minerals and other nutrients because of its acidity. It is not the acidity that directly destroys the minerals, the acidity causes the body to use the minerals to regulate the pH level in the body. The same is true of all acidic foods.

The chain reaction caused in the body by acidic foods — due to the body’s attempts to keep the blood at a level pH — is the cause, or a major contributing factor, to almost all chronic diseases, including cancer. If we think about it, understanding that foods that contain oxalic acid kill cancer cells, than we can relate to the fact that everything we put in our mouth is either feeding the cancer growing inside or shrinking it, then consuming a diet rich in oxalic foods, let’s say at least 50% of your diet everyday, will be directly destroying cancer cells.

Some people are not aware that we all have cancer cells in our bodies. But our healthy immune system finds them and destroys them or the environmental factors we expose our bodies to forces them to commit suicide. OR the environmental factors we expose ourselves to, compromise our immune system, or damage it even, depleting it so it can not only fight rogue cells, but can barely defend itself.

One can of Coke can shut down 1/2 of your immune system for about 4 hours, that’s just one can, that is not including anything else consumed that contains sugar. If you are a cancer patient or someone with a compromised immune system, you cannot afford to have your immune system shut down for any~time. You need everything that your body comes in contact with to be strengthening it, building it, giving it energy, making you feel good. That includes those around you and where you let your mind dwell.

If you are surrounding yourself with toxic people and situations, you can eat all of the oxalic acid you want, but your struggle will still be real. Part of the healing process is forgiveness, appreciation and removing that which does not serve you anymore. Think of the people in your life. If when you think of someone, you get a pit in your stomach and you start feeling stressed. Avoid contact with them so you can allow your self to heal. Surround yourself with those who make your body feel alive and happy when you think about spending time with them. Just a little food for thought….






Why Can’t I Sleep 8 Hours a Night?

People are asking themselves this question more and more, with all of the media stressing the importance of 8 hours of sleep a night, for those who aren’t able to accomplish that, they’re left feeling inadequate, or dysfunctional or like there is something wrong with them. I get it all of the time, people coming in my booth looking for insomnia relief products wondering what is wrong with them, why they can’t sleep a full night and most of the time they report being able to fall asleep ok, but then they ‘wake up halfway thru the night.’ And while I can help them stay asleep, I also try to help them understand that for some, that is not really ‘natural.’ Maybe because of your work schedule, you need to be able to sleep in one long continuous stretch, but that does not mean that this is the way that your body prefers. If you begin to understand and acknowledge this, you may begin to realize why this is not something that comes natural to you. Did our ancestors sleep 8 hours a night and what is Biphasic sleeping?

Biphasic sleeping refers to breaking up your sleep pattern into two segments instead of one~monophasic sleep in which one sleeps for a straight 8 hour stretch. It seems that other cultures that live more closely to the ways our ancestors did, sleep 5-6.5 hours per night and then nap later in the day. For some, this kind of sleep pattern is more natural than accomplishing all of the sleep that their bodies require in one time period. Some cultures, such as Spain and Greece, live this way and refer to these as ‘siestas,’ I’m sure you’ve heard that term. People who practice biphasic sleep report being more alert and productive, having better cognitive function, not feeling tired all of the time.

The beginning of the Industrial Revolution, Electricity, the age of Illumination and the current modern day workplace, is where we see the shift from previous sleep patterns, and continue to make it difficult for people to enjoy the benefits of biphasic sleep. Our ancestors went to bed when it got dark, slept a few hours, then got up and did some light activity as they didn’t have the luxury of sleeping much more than that, as the fire might need to be tended, as well as animals, children, etc. They would then take a nap a few hours later. These naps are crucial as this is the other part of your ‘getting enough rest.’ Your body does need a specific  amount of sleep over a 24 hour period, but it doesn’t have to be all in one long stretch, especially if it doesn’t come natural to you. I had a woman who had recently retired, in my booth, and she explained the many benefits she was experiencing by practicing this kind of sleep schedule.

For folks who take prescription medication to try to get to sleep, many of them don’t feel refreshed upon waking because a ‘drug induced’ sleep does not have the same physiological  effect on your body as when your body naturally falls asleep. Which is why plant medicine delivers such outstanding results as it is familiar molecules and compounds to the ones your body naturally produces triggering neurotransmitters in your brain to secrete hormones specific to the plant’s properties.

A few ideas you can try if you’re experiencing insomnia is picturing the color purple, sometimes I tell folks to imagine they are sailing on a purple sea…turn off your T.V, computer, phone, electronic device 2 hours before you plan to fall asleep….turn off your wireless router….don’t eat any sugar or consume any caffeine related products after a certain time of day so that it does not interfere with you being able to sleep….be grateful, feelings of gratitude shift your brain’s chemistry….meditate daily and let the stress of living go, not tear you apart   😉

Removing The Stigma~

There really is no way to measure how many people and pets die each year from not just a lack of access to critical medicine, but lack of ability in a mental capacity. There are many veterans, doctors, nurses, people of all walks of life that could benefit from the Cannabis/Hemp plant, but have mental blocks that prevent them. Hemp is not even a psychoactive plant!

You don’t need a prescription to buy CBD Oil. Most companies guarantee that their CBD Oil does not contain more than .03% THC. You can even get CBD Oil with NO THC in it, (that is the subject of our next blog.) Then why does everyone who needs it not have it?

Part of it is the stigma, the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937 began with the DEA’s made up word ‘Marijuana’ combining the most popular Mexican girl’s name, ‘Mary’ and the most popular Mexican boy’s name, ‘Juan’ and made up the word, ‘Marijuana.’ Doctors referred to it as Cannabis, in pharmacopeia, it was referred to as Cannabis and was recorded as used for insomnia and pain in 1920’s pharmacopeia.  Noone knew what Marijuana was, and that is why Dr. Woodward from the AMA (American Medical Association) is on record confirming that if they had known it was Cannabis that they were trying to prohibit, that they would have fought the prohibition of Cannabis as it removed a valuable tool from their toolbox.

At the last show I was at in Plymouth, MA, a gentleman stopped and told me that his mother fought against Hemp! And he was pretty adamant about it and proud maybe even, too. I felt like he was confused and confirmed that Hemp had no psychoactive component to it and that maybe it was Cannabis she fought against. ‘Yea, she fought against that, too,’ he said. ‘But you don’t get high off Hemp, before people started making CBD Oil, Hemp was a fiber, it was an industrial product, why would she fight against it?’ ‘I don’t know why,’ he said, ‘but she did, with her purse and her high heels.’

How misguided are we?! It’s just like my mom’s friend, my mom is trying to tell her that CBD Oil could help some of her issues and she adamantly refuses and says she won’t have anything to do with pot or Marijuana! My mom is 82, so I get that alot from her generation. They were ‘scaremongered’ in a ‘Reefer Madness’ campaign that you can research for yourself and see how exactly they scared the public into forgetting about a valuable medicine and how by 1942 it was removed from pharmacopeia and was known as a menace instead of a medicine.

To be very clear, this is the ONLY substance on the planet that we have these receptors for. In other words, we are hardwired to receive from this plant, it is like software to our bodies that triggers healing. There are many health conditions that are known to man that we now know are Endocannabinoid deficiencies, meaning that we would not have these physical imbalances if we took CBD Oil. Plain and simple. When people take the Oil, there health issues fall away, one by one, or all together, at once, depending on the individual. It is SCIENCE, not religion, not belief, not hypocrisy, not heresay, it is TRUTH, whether you like it or not. And if you don’t, maybe the question to ask yourself is, ‘WHY?’

What is your resistance? What within you refuses to believe proven facts before you? What? You don’t believe that anyone would lie to you or create false truths? Especially, the media? If you truly are that naive, than I am here to wake you from your slumber and shake you if I have to! Some people seriously make me twist their arm so hard to just try it…and EVERYONE of them after they try it, look at me incredulously and say, ‘It doesn’t hurt anymore, that really works!!!’ Ofcourse it does, I’m not lying to you! I am trying to help you feel better, find relief without chemicals that will negatively or adversely affect other parts of your body or that will get you addicted. When my daughter was in a serious car accident years ago, they prescribed her meds and told her to, ‘be careful to not get addicted to them.’ Ofcourse, she didn’t, but I always wondered when Dr’s say that how you are supposed to, ‘be careful.’ Pretty sure when you take a pill you are prescribed you take as prescribed with like a drink or something….what is the proper way to take it and make sure you don’t get addicted? Our bodies are human, if it is an addictive substance, how do we make sure that we don’t get addicted? I mean, really, and then if you do, everyone says you’re a drug addict, but if you took your medicine as prescribed, than who’s fault is that? You were in pain, went to your Dr. and that’s what they give you. What else are you supposed to do? You believe your Dr., they are who you are paying to help you with your health issues. But if you get addicted, then you go to a different Dr. for that. What a disservice! I have learned not to judge and to find out the circumstances of a situation when you hear of drug abuse because pain is an awful thing to live with and if your own Dr. prescribes it for you, it must be ok, right?

Not so much…..

That’s why when I try to tell people in visible pain, ‘I have something that will make you feel better and they keep walking  in the opposite direction, in pain, I can’t help but think to myself, ‘Believe me, it will hurt you alot more than me, if you don’t try my products….literally.’
